BBQ With Stew

Hi friends and family and welcome to my new blog BBQ With Stew. In here, I indulge my twin avocations of making great grilled and barbecued food, as well as my love of writing, photography, etc. This blog won’t be a “food porn” blog – my photos will be of properly cooked and prepared food with the focus of the shots being to educate and inform, not to win beauty contests.

As far as content is concerned, I’ll cover a huge variety of angles from recipes, to gear, to techniques, to party planning (‘que for a crowd!), and just good fun. I’ll probably even cover things like cocktails! We may meander away from strictly BBQ into things like breadmaking as well.

I’ve been writing for about a year and a half for the barbecue pellet manufacturer, Griller’s Gold (great product by the way – here’s their website, click Blog to see my writing!) and decided that I’d like to also have my own barbecue blog. Please note that if I republish something I was paid to write for Griller’s Gold, I will attribute that here. With a little luck, I hope to maybe turn this into more of an influencer channel, though will be written not video blog at least at this point. No real plans to make money off this, but … one could hope.
